GOVERNING LAW. You agree that any claim or dispute relating to the Lume portal or your use or reliance on this portal shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. The parties agree to be bound and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local, provincial or federal courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
